I'm going to assume you have typed ribbon twice by mistake. There are many different ways to attach ribbon, depending on the item you are attaching it to. You can use a long, thin strip of glue along the entire length of the ribbon to attach it to greeting cards, scrapbooks, and belts. You can use a sewing stitch along the center of the ribbon, to sew it to fabric, or a zig-zag stitch along one edge or both. You can take several strips of ribbon sewn together at one end, and tack that end to your item as a tassle.
