If you are using flat back crystals, you can use a glue known as Adhesive, Jewel Bond™ glue. Sold per 4-fluid ounce bottle available from http://www.firemountaingems.com/shopping.asp?skw=KWCTADHESIVEGLUE.

Alternatively, you do get a flat back "Hotfix" crystal which comes with glue already on the back which need to be melted in order to adhere to the fabric. These "Hotfix" crystals are fantastic and work really well, less mess that having to apply the glue.
