All of the movies in the main Harry Potter series have now been completed and the final movie, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 was released in 2011. There will no be more auditions.

There is no such thing as a 'British' accent. The accent commonly heard in Harry Potter is the ENGLISH accent. I can see no reason why anyone would stop you from auditioning for a part.
