There are many brands of commercial convection ovens. Some brands include Southbend, TurboChef, and Vollrath. Commercial convection ovens are used by restaurants and bakeries for quick and efficient cooking.
Easy Bake ovens do make snacks kids would like. They can make mini cakes and brownies. Adults would probably want to pass though as they don't taste that good.
Conventional ovens and some toaster ovens can be used to bake muffins. You cannot use a microwave oven to bake regular muffins.
