Its not about "INDEPENDENT WOMEN " only ..rather its about "INDEPENDENT SUCCESSFUL WOMEN " .

An INDEPENDENT SUCCESFUL L WOMEN CAN BE CALLED ONLY IF....PEOPLE CHANGE THEIR THOUGHTS BY PROVIDING EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES ,EQUAL RIGHTS LIKE MEN ..

because today everyONE is independent with respect to their thoughts , opinions as we all living in a democratic country ...but there are some regions where women are not allowed to move out of their HOME ,people are still lagging behind because of their thoughts specially for women which leaves INDIA behind as compared to other countries .

LIBERTY OF innovative thoughts is key to get success . These thoughts are not subjected to mens only ....thoughts can grew up for woman also...

WOMAN are not meant for keeping SILENCE . She should not be subverted as far as calibre is concerned .

WE ALL ARE HUMAN BEINGS, NO MATTER WHETHER MAN OR WOMAN ,,....EVERYBODY IN THIS WORLD HAS EQUAL CALIBRE ,EQUAL RIGHTS . THERE SHOULD NOT BE DISCRIMINITION AGAINST THOGHTS , IF THESE FACTORS ARE CONSIDERED SERIOUSLY ,I THINK INDIA WILL BE MUCH MORE BETTER (as far as concerned) POSITION THAN OTHER COUNTRIES.
