How do you beat ansem in Kingdom Hearts?

you just vs his heartless and it depends which one he is

1st after you do all the switches goofy and donald were not with you they went with riku or so they thought but it was ansem(heartless) i cn't remeber it sorry

2nd when he is at hollow bastion keyhole Sora finds Kairi and he isn't hard well he is he will slash twice each time he attacks one right next to him and the other he will dash when you take out his hp enough he will call out "welcome oblivion" which is annoying as he will do it often he throws a blade looking weapon at you and you can choose to jump or block it after he throws it he will instandly slash so if you block it it will hit him cure is useful he can also disappear and reappear and jumped and slam the ground and it causes a shockwave but its a low jump he he does a high one thats trouble it will cause lightnigh strikes the best way to Dodge to dodge roll as you get from goofy at the start and glide. (i glide i still get hit but quickly cure right after and used the keyblade metal choboko or something like that i can beat him with kingdom key) after a few more bars disappear he will glow white and hover above the ground abit and he will dash again and again for every place he is hard to dodge but glide it good here he will do that often but when he stops dashing he jumps high and summons lighting just like that other skill "welcome oblivion" when he uses oblivion he will hold a ball of darkness and his attack is stronger so yes he is hard level 46 is good because i can then he attacks quicker hi-pots & mp rage are important add ethers if you need but they won't be much help the mp rage will do it aero isn't really needed but if you need it then use it but you get less mana(MP or SP) then he keeps repeating but the welcome skill has a timer it dosen't show but if he uses the skill when he glows white the timer resets and it get annoying.

3rd battle with HL ansem is in end of the world he talks about some annoying stuff and he shouts in the end "every heart return to darkness" and a ghost appears behind i can't remeber wha it's called but it is related to darkside(the guy in dive to the heart)(dive to the heart is where you start) and he started by throwing these sort of disk things at you and you can't guard it but it can attack it to make it hit him just keep attacking at him he can call "on the guardian" which makes the ghost guy appear in the front he blocks every attack and you can just run behind and if you hit him enough he will uses his claws to strike one but strong hit at you later i think when it's orange he can shout "submit" which will make his ghost attack with that claw attack if it hits which it mostly does. guard won't help. when he floats inside your attack command will turn to freeze sometimes if you miss it the ghost will damage Sora because he is inside him and you know if he is because or black smoke floating around Sora or who ever got hit but if you manage to press it it will appear and grab Sora holding one leg and one arm stopping sora from moving(it is dark damage) and at the same him ansem will be calling "open you heart" which will cover him in a ball of energy which will damage anyone who touches it but it dosen't last long and when the ghost reappears by his side he becomes stronger and he flys all over the place the skill strike raid would help if you are lazy to get to him then all he does is fly around and have a few attacks claw, submit, on the guardian, some sort of disk attack and that mostly it and each attack will help him get stronger make sure goofy learns MP gift and 2 mp rage if he has it which he should donald should have 2 mp rages Sora should have 2 mp rages and a few amount of potions because you are able to you a cottage or whatever right after then the fake destiny islands will break and it will show HL ansem(HL=heartless) inside one part make sure you heal unless you level 100 with a whole lot of defence(orcham or whatever spelling and mytrills can be obtained at that horn guy he is the second boss in hades cup if you add yuffie but he must be done at end of the world thats the only one that still drops items) after you run to him you see Sora jump into the battle field but your team donald an goofy get blocked out because of a shield then Darkside suddenly appears he is easy but he is a decoy so he can steal your hp he just has the same old attacks nothing special then after you kill him you don't see him die but HL ansem suddenly appears and he only has the ame skills but he dosen't shoot the blade no more he changed it he can not dash at you with energy but who always floats to a corner and later he can glow white just like the ansem that looks like riku and his ghost will contin you to burst out of the ground dodge roll is used here after he does that he takes awhile to start moving but if you attack him while he seems stuned then he will use submit at you instanly jumping or dodge roll may dodge after that nothing new happens after you kill him everyone is teleported to the realm of darkness named kingdom hearts and once again donald and goofy are not in your team because they are sucked into a portal and HL ansem is connected to some heartless beast i don't know it's name yet when you battle him it's like neverland you need to fly and he holds a dual weapon it looked like riku's weapon and you should have seen when Sora meets him in traver town or whatever and monstro when pinicchio gets trapped inside the monster riku helps but he isn't in your team when you go near him he will slash around himself and you will get hit if you are near him magic shoulen't be used it still does normal damage but he can make your head go to that alert thing in seconds unless you level 100 but he can still lower you but something you could do is attack him and when he get you red aero or whatever level it is you have aero yourself and you will take lower damage and your beserk skill will be on which lets you do higher damage and he can summon lazers that do dark damage but he has nothing intresting so kick his butt and pass on.the next bit in bold is how you get to the final battle you don't need to read it.

after the battle Sora gets sucked into a portal and there is a huge amount of shadows just use lightning twice and you would have killed most kill the rest with normal because two hits should kill them and the place is all black with a big blue HL sign on the ground when you defeat them it disappears and a little ball appears it can't do nothing but that powers HL ansem and i fot to say after you beat him he has a symbol of the HL on him because he gets stronger when you break it Sora flies out and a few little things on HL ansem's beast(what he is connected on) little thing soon form a portal that can't be used just beat the things that it showed in the moive 2 hits can kill the strong ones 1 can kill the smaller one the beast that HL ansem is on can blow you away with wind but don't worry it does very little damage but blows you far away you just need to come back after you beat them you will see the same portal that Sora flew in then you appear at the bottom of the beast somehow then just fly into it and Goofy will be found there because that is where he was trapped there and the heartless there are the dark ball heartless mana balls can be collected there and mega-ethers so have room then after you kick there shadow butts the same energy cord appears destroy it and everything goes in slow motion again then after you fly out with goofy a bit of the beast comes alive it is ugly but yes just smash it it can glow then shoot out a shock wave that will hit everything in front but near the nest one it does it summons lightning like urserla when she is a giant then just beat him cure may be used a few times depending on the level 60 shoudlen't have been able to get their 70 means 4 or 5 times level 80 means 2 or 3 for level 90 he becomes easy level 100 don't need to use anything just attack then when his hp hits zero he will start shaking around but don't worry it means he was defeated and he opens his mouth with the portal inside just fly in and you get donald and heartless are there again invisable are there when they disappear they should leave dark fire around you when they flash jump and glide hen it won't hit if it does and your a low level just heal then beat them which they might drop megalixers and when you beat them the energy cord appears then shatter then when you come out the sheild to HL ansem's energy monster just kill it. it can't even attack when you do the HL symbol on ansem breaks and he makes his weapon appear and you battles him first thing you should do is land on the beast and summon tinkerbell if you are low leveled because his attacks are alot stronger he will summon the balls that shoot lazers just fly up if you want to dodge it appears alot so don't worry HL ansem's beast can later make a ball of darkness one on each arm which means 2 and one in his mouth destroy them quickly because they will drain suck your MP from you until they hit zero one hit is enough to break one when HL ansem gets damaged enough he can make a ball of energy then he will throw it far away then he will activate it it will start sucking it so don't worry about ansem for now just try to fly towards the beast because he beast will block the suck for abit then but if you do get stuck in just hope tink survives if she uses her energy to bring you back just be prepared to heal and used pots then attack at him and can summon 3 new heartless that are never seen in the game and just kill them because they give a good amout of hp orbs and they get killed in one hit for a level 100 and have tresure magnet if you need them he will taunt you sometimes like "what do you hope to accoplish" and he just moves his arm but it's just stupid because it dosen't do anything besides get you annoyed and then if you beat him you finished the game but if you were playing hard mode and found every trinity and found every puppy(dalmitens) you get a speical ending the ending of KHBBS(kingdom hearts birth by sleep) and you finish the game and then you hear a song named simple and clean and Sora, Riku, donald, goofy and micky don't make it home they disappear with end of the world because ansem blows up (YAY) kairi makes it back to destiny island and finishs the carving on the wall in the secret path which had destiny islands keyhole(that creepy door) and the credits role and you finished

kingdomhearts 2 shows what happens next and i'll say Roxas was formed by Sora and namani or something like that is part or kairi and riku becomes a good guy you alos meet another HL ansem there

OK, he will start with one of his basic attacks from your first battle. He will fire a underground laser at you.That is phase 1. Phase 2 is when he starts to use his possessing attack and a homing missile attack. Phase 3 is when he uses Guardian heartless to attack you from underground. Simply just dodge roll in circles till he says "The final darkness is now". Dodge roll even if he says that to avoid his attack. Congrats! You just reach the half point mark! Yes, there are two more Ansem battles left. One alone and one with your allies.

Tip: When he possesses you, DON'T ATTACK! It'll freeze you in place, and you'll very likely die.

Reminder: Battles 3 and 4 are pretty easy. Just make sure you have Aero (Aeroa or Aeroga) on and attack a crapload! He will die faster in no time! Hoped I helped! =)

As soon as the battle starts, lock on to the clock hands on any side of the clock tower and use 'stop' magic. Then the clock will start counting down the time until the character is knocked out. After this, immediately cast stop on the clock hands to delay Phantom's Oblivion attack. When stop wears off, recast it immediately. Once a character is knocked out from Oblivion, it can't wake up. Wait until there is a glowing orb before attacking. Different colors mean different attacks.

White- Physical Attack.

Red- Fire Attack.

Blue- Blizzard Attack.

Yellow- Thunder Attack.

Make sure to heal yourself with items instead of magic. Save your MP for eliminating the Phantom. (except for the occasional stop magic.)

Ansem the Third Time, is a pretty easy boss. Just follow the cutscenes as the battle procedes, put the Cure spell in your shortcuts and you will be able to win easy.
