How do you beat doc ock in spider man 2?

you will fight him 2 times. but both in the bank and in the warehouse you must dodge his tentecles with the circle button then web them with the triangle button. you must do this in pairs....

first time around doc ock can be hard but is actually really easy you didn't say which battle your on eg bank battle train battle final battle but the same technique is required for all the fights...
