There is a valley in the Calm Lands just before you would enter the path to Mt. Gagazet. Go on the path under the bridge, and there's a cave entrance on the left side of the screen. Work your way through the cave, and you'll eventually get to Yojimbo's Fayth. He'll offer you his services as an Aeon for a certain price. Offer about 20000 less than he asks for. Repeat two more times to get the lowest price, and pay him the money.

∙ 13y agoYou just beat it. HAHA. JK. OK you get a Gun Mage. Make sure it knows scan, and check out the Yojimbo's weakness. Carry 1 Gun Mage, and 2 Warriors. You'll beat it in no time. Unless, you're freekin' weak!
Lol, nice joke(no sarcasim!) You don't need just Warriors. Either Dark Knights or Beserkers will do just fine. They just gotta have lots of stuff improved around in there. It'd be best to increase your level, so make sure you have a Lure Bracer(You can get one at Macalaina Woods, after a battle or have Rikku steal it from a fiend) and wander into the Calm Lands, and train there. :) Hope this helps ^_^

Should you play older Final Fantasy games first before playing XII?
I would Suggest you play the previous games but you don't have to. All Final Fantasy games ( except X and X2) have a differant story completely independent of the others. the only thing that will be the same is a couple of characters Names (eg Cid, Wedge and Biggs). If your going to play FFX2 then i suggest you play X as it is a sequal.
