Go to Casting, it is located across the street from Downtown Disney on Buena Vista Drive, Lake Buena Vista, Florida (Diamond patterned building). They will guide you through the steps for submitting your resume, going for auditions (if need be), and set up an interview, and help determine what type of job is best for you. Disney jobs are very popular so they fill up very quickly. Magic Kingdom will be expanding Fantasyland soon so construction jobs, followed by jobs for the new attractions and restaurants will be opening up between now and around 2013.
