First off you have to be very athletic and focused. It's hard job. You're almost never home, and you travel all the time. You could start out by going to open gyms for wrestling. All wrestlers that are in WWE start out at developing programs. There they'll tell you if you're ready. If you are ready and the trainers at the development places call up WWE & send you there.
