Description:
Locations: Kingston, Montego Bay, Port Antonio & St. Annʼs Bay
The incumbent is responsible for Customs control functions inclusive of the landing, inspection and clearance of all cargo and aircraft/vessels, as well as detecting violations of the Customs Act and other Laws and Tax evasion at the Ports of Entry.
Qualifications:
B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration or Public Administration or equivalent qualification
Three (3) years working experience in a similar capacity
Excellent investigative and observation skills
Good interpersonal skills
Integrity and honesty
Working knowledge of computer systems and relevant application
Candidates may be required to stand for extended hours, work in varied conditions and function in a stressful environment
