If You Want To Make It Easier For Yourself Just Help All Other Cadets , Practice In Your Spare Time , Learn Things At Home And Volunteer For Anything And Everything What Becomes Available To You. E.G All Camps, Poppy Selling, Parades, Recruitment Drives. Just Everything And Good Luck.
im a lance corporal 2* trainee so i have a star with a 1 all i need is map an compass i have been waiting for a while and just finished my 3 annual camp im expected to get full corporal when i complete this cadre, all you must do is show enthusiasm parade all the time always stand still on parade alot of people talk and what not its easily noticed by instructors. show in classrooms you pay attention and always take a note pad and 2 spare pens and always make notes from cadet to lcpl you are not expected to do lcpl things just a good candidate as a good cadet always volunteer for things and show commitment also your kit should be **** hot and i mean pressed kit and with your boots bulled it is defiantly noticed :)
