you must have AWESOME skills and technique to do this. about only 2% of all cheerleaders are good enouph to become pro . just work hard and hope for the best (: !
Well if you want to be a pro then yes you need to be flexible but if you are going out for a junior squad then you dont need as high of a flexibility level
