you can get hired and work your way up, I've seen assistant managers get through the process faster than they could have gotten through college, or you can get a business and marketing degree and start as an ast mgr. I feel that working your way up is better, because your bosses and subordinates have more confidence in you and you don't create a huge debt, and people skills are something you'll learn better on a register than in a classroom, and your job is make people happy, corporate does the rest. that's JMHO
