It's quite simple, make sure you stretch everyday, mainly stretches that involve the legs. Stretches like lunges, sitting in straddle and reaching for the floor are good. Also you should attempt to do the splits, start by leaning forward into a lunge, and work your way down day by day. Also make sure you do it on each leg, including box splits (sideways) you should also stretch your arms and back. Arms by simply folding your arm across your other shoulder, and holding it there. To stretch your back try doing the bridge position, which you can increase your ability to flip and tumble if practised.
