I strongly feel (and i also do this) that in order to be wise, one must be an observer and must be aware of everything around them rather than have a big mouth and "run it"I call people who do this "empty talkers." of course you have to talk- and its good to talk. What I'm trying to say is that you have to be able to know what is right and to do the right thing.

Being wise means to have the experience to life's questions. Usually, a wise person is of old age. I don't know how old you are (I'm 16), but you must be- not act older than you are--not physically but mentally.
