If you have a Blackberry, you can use a program called Efficient Call Blocker that BerryWAV had made recently. This program will block numbers that you specify and let you make the other party hear messages like your number is disconnected or no longer in service. Some standard phones can also do this, but it depends on the model and manufacture. You can try calling your carrier if you are having problems.

If you have a Verizon Wireless phone, you can get "Do Not Disturb." It will let you block various cell phone numbers, including restricted numbers. You can get it by texting "dnd" to "apps" (363 to 2777), or you can also find it on Get It Now / Media Center.
