How do you block someone on yahoo messenger?
Answer:
First you will need delete them from your messenger, but you must write down the screen name.
After removing them go into your preferences menu. Then go down the list and select Ignore. Once there click ADD and type in the name of the person you are wanting to block.
**This Does Not Work 100% of the time** Mainly because the other person has you listed as a friend on their list.

If you don't want to delete the contacts, you can invisible to him, first right click your friends name on the friend list, and click Stealth Settings ~ Appear Permanently Offline to <your friend name>.
