How do you make up baby formula?

I bottle fed all four of my children, so I'll try to help as much as possible: Newborns generally take in 1-2 ounces per feeding, moving up to 2 oz, 4 oz, and eventually 8 oz as they grow older. Serve the formula luke warm. Doctors say not to warm bottles in the microwave because the heat may be unevenly distributed and may burn your baby's mouth. You can warm a bottle in a large cup of hot water for about 10 minutes. Sanitize bottles, nipples, and rings in boiling water or the dishwasher between uses. To feed a newborn, hold your baby at an angle, nestled in your arm (just as she would be if breastfeeding). Tuck a towel or bib under her chin and gently press the nipple of the bottle on the side of her mouth, allowing her to suckle and find her way to the nipple. Keep the bottle upright so that air remains at the top of the bottle. After about an ounce or so, lift the baby upright onto your shoulder and gently pat her back to burp her. (Burping is necessary--if you don't do it, you'll find out later!)

You can go to the Supermarket and buy a bottle of milk, and depending on the type of bottle you have, twist or pop the lid off to get the milk from the bottle.

from scratch? i donno. but otherwise it is 1 scoop for every 2oz of water. 2oz bottle = 1 scoop, 4oz bottle = 2 scoops, 6oz bottle = 3 scoops, 8oz bottle = 4 scoops. etc....
