How do you break off a relationship with a threatening person online?

Answer:

Answer

As we all know the internet is a wonderful thing, but also has it's drawbacks and dangers. When you meet someone online you should never give out your telephone #, name or address. Always go under an alias or first name only online until you have known that person for quite sometime. Usually people who stalk or cause problems will try getting information out of you and lie like a sidewalk.

When you open up your emails go to "tools" at the top and you have a "block" for "junk mail". Just highlight on his incoming email and click "block" up on tools. This will stop further emails from coming in.

I hope you didn't give out your phone # because if you did you will also have to pay extra to have an unlisted #.

If you gave your name and address out then you are going to have to take copies of emails into the police and have them deal with this guy. This guy could be a preditor of young women, so the police will take certain ones into consideration.

Remember, you are in control of what you do on the internet and there isn't really any help you can get if you give out your name, address and email addy.

Next time you want to email someone use a "yahoo.com" address and an alias or first name only.

If this guy calls you and you have a speaker phone, tape these threats and take them right into the police with as much information as you know about this guy.
