-1 arm dumbbell rows
-barbell rows,
-t-bar rows
-seated cable rows
-chin ups
-pull downs
-and dead lifts (to an extent)
To get proper form for these exercises check out bodybuilding.com they have some pretty good tuitorials.....also try to perform 3 sets of 10-12 if you're a beginner

Also look at
- dumbell shoulder shrugs Traps Upper
- bar shoulder shrugs Traps Upper
- behind the back smith's press lifts Traps Lower/Upper
These three will work your tarps over, giving you a thicker neck line.
