When you burn a movie or video file to DVD, you'll need a DVD burner to help you.
First, download the movie or the video which you want to burn to your computer.
Second, run the DVD burner, load video files,
Third, click burn.
Before you take the third step, you could select what your video is burning to, DVD folder? Iso? or a DVD disc?
If you just want to keep it on your computer, you could burn it to ISO or DVD folder
You put the DVD in then click download and will take 15-20 min but it depends if its a movie or a small clip
Then you click on the start button and click documents then downloads then you double click on it and you can enjoy
P.S. Can you give me some popcorn

You usuall y have to rip them.
If your computer is less than ten years old, it probably has a DVD reader. When the computer has finished starting up, you put the disc into the slot. Computer will read it automatically and an icon will appear on the screen. Either Copy it or Save it.
Easy, when you first load the disk on your PC, open the DVD and click burn. After its done loading, then you will have the DVD on there at anytime unless you delete it.
You just have to put it in where the CD's and discs go. If you're trying to watch a movie then something should pop up after you've put the DVD in.

Software is the general term for information that's recorded onto some kind of medium. For example, when you go to the video store and rent or buy a tape or DVD, what you're really getting is the software that's stored on that tape or disk. Your VCR or DVD player are hardware devices that are capable of reading the software from a tape or disk and projecting it onto your TV screen, in the form of a movie.Your computer is a hardware device that reads software too. Most of the software on your computer comes in the form of programs. A program consists of "instructions" that tell the computer what to do, how to behave. Just as there are thousands of albums you can buy on CD for your stereo, and thousands of movies you can buy to play on your VCR or DVD player, there are thousands of programs that you can buy to run on your computer.
