Bypassing Blocked Web Pages

You should not -- the blocking is there for a reason and if you attempt to bypass it, you will most likely be violating policy which could lead to negative action being taken against you.

School Proxies

While questions like this one are asked a lot, school proxies are in place for very good reasons and we cannot tell you how to get around them. Since the computers are the property of the schools, giving out information that would help get around them would almost be like giving a little sister or brother permission to go into an older sibling's room. I'm sure no one would want us to do that, so we don't give out information about getting around school proxies, either.
Very honestly, young people are in school for a reason and that is to learn. It's best to use your time for that purpose.

Censorship

Often governments or other entities will block webpages as an attempt to curtail free speech, such as the Great Firewall of China or Iran's recent blocking of blogs and other sources of information. Generally your best method for getting around these restrictions is to use a proxy or tunnel and encrypt your traffic. There is plenty of information out there on how to do this.
