∙ 14y agoIt all depends on the carrier of the cellphone and the make of the cellphone. For instance, on most Verizon phones all you have to do is press 1. However, for some Verizon phones you have to press #, *, or 0. Those four are the most common to press. Sometimes in the voice mail greeting it will tell you what button to press.
