That's a waste of time . Call 2-3 drywallers and get them to give estimates. I always do that and get a faster, more accurate answer than I could ever come up with myself.
This varies depending on location, size & type of job (wall? ceiling?) so get several estimates.

I suggest you first calculate how much gas you need. Then you can multiply by the unit cost of gas to find the total cost. (By the way, gasoline is not the only cost involved in driving a car.)
1000 sq ft should do it

It will cost about $1.40 per square foot to texture drywall. The total will generally depend on the amount of texture you're looking to get done on your drywall.

Depends where you are , but usually about 20% more than regular drywall.
$4.44 for a sheet of 4x8 1/2 in drywall at menards in Morris Illinois
The cost of repairing drywall damage would depend on how much damage is done. If you were to buy the drywall it ranges from $10 to $30 a sheet. Plus if you hired someone then it would cost more for labor then it would if you did it yourself.

Drywall labour costs depend largely on where you do them. Labour costs across north America differ locally.
If you mean 50 degrees 'f' of temperature, NO I've seen it installed in much colder conditions than that.
In most areas it cost less than 50 c a square foot to buy.
In western Canada, about 36 cents a sq.ft.
