You can cancel the invite request you've sent by following these steps:

1. Sign in to http://profile.live.com with your Windows Live ID.
2. Click "Your friends".
3. Search and then click the e-mail address of the person you've invited or hold the curser key on your contact then a small window will open there you've a link to profile of that person click on profile .
4. Click on "Manage" and then select "Remove as friend".
5. Click "OK".

Repeat the above steps for each invitation you want to cancel.
