You need to consider both the physical and psychological sequels of the experience in your dog.
One good way is to see at the nearest shelter if they have received any abandoned or orphan puppies a few days or weeks old and to get one (or more if you have good space and means). She will adopt them and you both will be more happy.
If she remains alone, you must see that in the following weeks her nipples don't become reddish or hard or with bad smell, if that happens you must go to a veterinarian immediately. Try also to take some walks and/or stay with her quietly and talk to her, provide companionship, she will appreciate that.
