Mirage Island is just east of paciflidog town. Mirage island is completly based on the random 5 number id code that every pokemon has. There is no way of knowing what that that id number is because it is different with every single pokemon. If the number of mirage island that day matches the number of the id of one of your party pokemon mirage island will be there. If you do get there it is only filled with wynut and a very rare berry that cannot be found anywhere else, so stock up! It appears randomly in the center of Route 130. There is no way to make it appear.

There is a way to make it appear but you need a gameshark or action replay

First you have to get rid of every pokemon that is in a number one slot in every box.This is important as this code will place a mirage island Pokemon in a random box in position 1.

The master code and Anti-DMA codes must be turned on. The Pokemon you will get will be a shiny Feebas level 20. When you get your Feebas put it in your party and save the game now turn it off and this time:

Master code must be on
Anti-DMA must be on
Mirage Island must be on

Start the game with these 3 codes on then fly to Pasifilog town speak to the old man and as long as you got this Feebas he WILL SEE Mirage Island!
