THIRD: Go down to the dock near the passage from Glasstown to SimQuarters and take the fan boat.

FOURTH: Drive the fan boat (its hard at first, but the it gets easy) to Nutria Isle.

FIFTH: Catch the Dancing Nutria (its the one that keeps hoping around).NOTE:The Nutria will go down its hole if you look at it straight, so sort of approach it diagonally.
