i have a peugeot 406 glx 2.1td 1998 and i have recently changed both back and front bulbs for the MOT and on the rear lights if you open the boots there is a flap that opens right behind the light in the boot its on the side of the fascia open it undo the nut and the light cluster will just pop of so be careful and then there is a cluster of bulbs inside the main light cluster, take that out and pull the bubls out but be careful not to break them. and the same for the front open the bonnet undo some screws located around the bonnet and underneath area and front light cluster falls out and thus letting you access to the bulbs
