If this is a windows computer that is anything other than Windows Ultimate the chances are slim it will work right by downloading a translation online. If it is windows ultimate go in to windows update and download the English translation. If the computer isn't windows ultimate I would assume that you received it from someone in Germany. Your best bet is to just download a copy of Windows 7 and reinstall. Windows 8 Consumer Preview is also available to download for free at the windows website.
Just follow the directions for changing your keyboard from English to Spanish but select English instead.

You could simply reinstall using the English Firefox Setup: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all Or you could use a language pack and the Locale Switcher AddOn (Or you could use Portable Firefox in English: http://portableapps.com/apps/internet/firefox_portable )
When a user types on a computer, you can see the words appearing on screen. How it works is a binary code is saved in change key on the keyboard, so if you press S = 01010011 and a small s = 01110011. Here is my name in binary coding = 0101001101101000011000010110111001100101. The motherboard will process this.

All computers are adapted to know many languages due to the large amount of people buying them in society. Computers are sold everywhere therefore it is useful for them to be programed to the users original language, you can change the language in the settings.

If you are using Word, simply go the Language tool on the menu bar. Once there, you can easily change the language from Chinese to English. Similarly, you can access your computer's language settings within the system folder. Once there, deselect Chinese and select English All for your computer applications, programs, text, and more.
Yes. German has come to include many foreign "borrowed" words... such as "computer, internet" or "orange."
To change from a Chinese language back to English word format on your computer, go to Start and choose Control Panel. Select the Clock, Language and Region tab and from there you can change the location and keyboard input language.
If your language for Non-Unicode programs is not English, change it. You can find that in the Control Panel, Region and Language, Administrative. Click change system locale. Put it to English (any of that will do). Reboot your desktop computer/laptop.
You can't. The game is programmed to the region/language. Unless you hack it and patch it into English.

You'll have to run two separate windows OS. Instead, you could change the language of your keyboard each time you want to type in a different language and use Windows in one language.I use an English Windows, all my programs are in English, but I input text in French and in English. This is partly because my country has those two languages as official language and has a keyboard standard.
yeah.. you will have to download the language pack, most prob it will be on the official website. or.. you could check another ox snow leopard(a friend's preferably) and see how to change the language
It's actually a myth that the United States once was close to voting German as its official language; the United States does not now, nor has it ever, had an official language. English is used as the de facto official language, but there is in fact no legally official language in the United States. Several states have official languages. Louisiana has English and French; New Mexico has English and Spanish; Hawai'i has English and Hawai'ian; etc. If, theoretically, German or any other language were voted as the official language, in all likelihood there would be little change to how things are done already because English is so widely spoken.
