Most have a lock to hold the shaft of the saw from turning and a nut holding the blade on. Hold the shaft, loosen the nut and remove the blade.
They will wear out at some point. You just have to judge if it is still cutting alright or not.

Unscrew the handle to relive the tension on the saw. Remove the old blade, hook the new blade over the pins on the saw and tighten the handle back up.
