Yes, as long as the TV & DISH Network receiver has coax connection capability.
There are a only a few satellite television service providers out there that are long lasting. Some of the best are DishNetwork and DirecTV. DishNetwork offers over 120 channels at $24.99 a month for a year! DirecTV offers 150 channels for $29.99 a month!
Use the TV remote to change the TV back to the cable box.
No. You can only record satellite TV. You would also need the outdoor dish, lnbf and installation. When you can get a professional install and up to 4 TV's hooked up for $49.99...the receiver is almost worthless. If it's not new in the box you would also need to call Dishnetwork and provide the R00, and S00 #'s. If there is any money owed on the account that the receiver was last active on, they will not reactivate programming until the balance is paid.
There was buttons on the tv box itself
Dishnetwork, Directv, and Centurylink are all popular satellite tv providers. Out of the three, it is arguable which is the most affordable, but Dishnetwork is usually affordable at an average $20 a month.
Change your settings on your TV, cable box probably has nothing to do with it. Go to the TV's menu.
