drain coolant. disconnect heater hoises on the passenger side of the engine side of the firewall. remove the heater core pipe clamp bolt and clamp. from inside car, remove glove box by opening itand squeezing the sides in.remove dash insulating panel. there is an upper and a lower screw holding the core in place that you must remove.remove the evaporator sensor wiring clip from heater core cover. remove heater core cover. remove heater core clamp bolt and clamp then slide out the heater core. installation is the reverse.
