un tighten the tensioner pulleys for the serpentine belt slide the old one off, put the new one on, you'll have to remove the serpentine to access the A/C belt, same thing for the A/C one, its tensioner pulley can just be un tightened and then easily slipped off
for less frustration you can unbolt the hood support bar thing that it locks onto, just tip this towards the front of the car and it should give you a few inches of extra space
