well it all depends...i would assume all the civics have the same brake set-up.....
Take off the tire, loosen your caliper, (make sure u don't let it just hang there), use a screwdriver (flat head) to take off the pads, use a big channel lock wrench to push in the caliper piston to where its flush with the caliper, put new pads in same way as the old ones were, then put everything back together but make sure u pump the brakes a few times to get fluid back into the lines.
