How do you convert capital letters into small letters?

If All you are typing is in CAPITALS, the CapsLock key (to the far right on the keyboard) has been pressed. Press it again and you will write in small letters until you use the Shift key.

In MS Word, if you have your insertion point in a word or have an entire word selected, use + to cycle through the three capitalization modes:

• ALL CAPS
• First Letter Capitalized
• all small

Use the Shift key -- located in the right-center side of the keyboard underneath the Enter key, or on the left side of the keyboard underneath the Caps Lock key -- to capitalize letters. 1. Go to the home tab and look below the font size.
2. Below, you should see the icon "Aa" with an arrow opening the options.

ShortcutIn Microsoft Word or Excel there's a shortcut to change text previously written. Just highlight the text you want to edit and press Shift+F3, You can change from upper to lower and to having the first letter as a capital. There's also a button in the Font tool bar that do the same. Normal way

Under the Home tab, within the Font tab is an option with Aa and a black drop down arrow. This is the change case option in Microsoft. Highlight the letters that need to be changed, click the drop down arrow and choose change case to lower (or upper) if you want to change lower case to upper case.

Just select that small letter. Press Shift and the letter.

Changing many words "computer" to "Computer":

If you have many instances of "computer" and you want to change them all to "Computer" then you can use the "find and replace" option. If you instruct Word or Excel to find "computer" and replace with "Computer" then this will likely be the easiest way.
