How do you change your internet hompage?

A homepage is the first page that you are on when you open up the internet. Here is how you change it:

1. Open up Internet Explorer.
2. Chose the web site you want as your homepage.
3. Go to the chosen website.
4. Highlight the web address right click it and click copy.
5. Look on the top bar along where the tabs are and click on tools.
6. Click on internet options.
7. You may notice a text bar with your current homepage in it. Underneath it there should be a few options. Click on use default.
8. Right click the text block and click on paste. the copied web address should appear in the box.
9. Go to the bottom of the window and click ok.

Congrats, the chosen website is now your homepage.

# Bring up the page you want as your Home page. # go to tools on the top of explorer # go to Internetoptions # make sure you are on general in that box # Then click on use current # Then click on apply at the bottom of the box # Then click on OK. and you are done. Answer: open the Web site you'd like to use for your homepage. Then, click the down arrow next to the Home icon on the Internet Explorer 8 toolbar and select Add or Change Home Page. Now you can select whether you want to Use this webpage as your only home page, or Add this webpage to your homepage tabs. Click Yes to save your changes.

To change homepage on Mozilla firefox:

1. Open a tab with the web page you want to use as your home page.
2. Drag and drop that tab onto the Home button.
3. Click Yes to set this page as your home page.

3. Select Use Current Pages.
