To change the oil filter in a Citreon Berling 1.6 hdi first located the oil plug under the vehicle. Put a pan under the oil plug to catch any oil that will drip down. Unscrew the oil plug. Let the oil drip out. Then gently unwind the oil filter from it's position and remove. Screw a new oil filter in this position. Replace the oil plug on the bottom of the car. Now put the requirement amount of car back into the car. Once the new oil has been added the vehicle is ready to drive.

Fuel filter is inside the gas tank, it has to be dropped and the unit taken out. Sry but it is a real pain to do, I suggest you go to a shop for it.

on the 1.6 HDI diesel engine, it's located under a black plastic housing on the right side about half way down. There's a big nut cast into the top of the housing that you undo (carefully) with a socket wrench. You will probably have to remove the top air intake hose to gain access to the housing. Once the housing is removed give the filter a sharp tug to remove it - it's not fixed by anything. Replace with a new filter and sealing washer.
