Good luck mate!
You have to have files from original CD to change the interface language.
Check out the related link to learn how to change the language in Windows Live mail.
If you want to change the default interface (the User Interface) language, that would be impossible without re-installing your Windows operating system. This is because you cannot simply "change" everything to another language -- you must install the new language pack (in this case, English) from an English or International version of Windows.
you can change it in the column of setting of phone.
Download the program again. This time in the language you need.
probably not google the question to see why
Alternate display languages are only officially supported in Windows 7 Ultimate and Windows 7 Enterprise; to change the language for these operating systems you can use Control Panel>Region and Language>[Keyboards and Languages] tab to install and uninstall display languages. Alternatively, if you do not own Windows 7 Ultimate or Enterprise you can use Vistalizator to change the language of your system.
Providing you are using the Windows 7 Ultimate version, the language is easy to change by installing the English Language pack from the 'Regional and Language' section of the control panel. The language can only be changed this way using Windows 7 Ultimate.
You don't. The only way to change the base language in Windows (start button, menus etc) is to reinstall windows with a disk in the language you require.
i have both windows internet explorer and firefox internet explorer but firefox language is not english.i want to change it to english.how can i do that?
The internal changes in the process of upgrading are vast and complicated. What do you as the user need to change to upgrade? Nothing. Just put the disk in and go, your computer will do the rest, all your files and programs will be left just as they were (assuming nothing goes wrong. It's windows, so you can never be sure.)
Windows 7 Starter is a small edition of Windows 7. It's not able to change background without third party software.
