you have to loosen motor mount ond jack engine up 2-3 inches and bolt slides out do not lift engine by oil pan

There are two bolts that hold the particular bracket on....remove them and the alternator bolt will now come out, (i turned the bolt around so not to have to remove the bracket next time), underneath van, remove the 2 exhaust bolts and push exhaust system to the left, and alternator will drop out underneath of van. May not be the best or correct way, but it worked for me. (have had to do this twice now.....is lame)
