Assuming these are drum brakes, you need to knock the dust cap off in the centre of the hub that covers the bearing and keeps the grease in. Remove the split pin and castellated nut. Then you will probably need some sort of puller to get the drum off as the inner bearing race will be stuck on the shaft. Once the drum is off the shoes and brake cylinder wil be exposed.
