There is a two screws on the inside of the bed where the tailgate sits when up. Remove screws and the entire lens assembly can gently but firmly be removed and access to all the taillamp bulbs is achieved. The headlamps are a little trickier, there is a "floating" lock ring on the back of the headlamp that will release the bulb connector and allow acces to the bulb. Quick tip, leave the lock ring on the harness die to the fact it fits only one way to save frustration.
