Remove the 2 bolts on top of the headlight assembly, then you can pull it out and remove the metal bar on the back that gives you access to the light sockets. Do not touch the light bulbs with your hands.

You do not have to remove grill as some have said. Just remove air cleaner assembly and you will see two rubber boots for the bulbs. Pop off the boots with a flathead screwdriver, twist off the bulb...
