special tools: crows foot tool or a fork du dad take out the coter pin and undow th castle nut, then use the crows foot to work the tierod loose. followed by unscrewing the joint off, also mark were the joint is located to keep car close to alianment, Get the wheel alignment checked as it will be out. make sure that you steering wheel is dead centre at start.
