How do you change the left high beam headlamp on a 2002 Chevy Trailblazer?

To change a headlight bulb in the 2002 Trailblazer: I writing this with the orientation of standing in front of and facing the Trailblazer. Open the hood. Remove the plastic cover that goes from the left to right over the headlight bracket, radiator, etc. It has 4 plastic pop retainers and 2 sheet metal screws. Remove the grill center bar that passes in front of both headlights. The grill and center bar come off as one piece. Start at one end and carefully pry it out, a little at a time. There are 2 clips at the headlight and 2 clips near the center top of the grill and 2 at the bottom. Two more in the other headlight. Each headlight has 2 black metal clips that hold the assembly onto the bracket. One is above and behind headlight assembly, towards the right end if you're working on the left headlight (and visa-versa), and the other is under the fender (it pulls up OK, but may take some patience to push it back down when you're done). Pull the entire headlight assembly forward. I only moved mine an inch or two. On the back of the assembly are round rubber covers. Pull off the one covering the back end of the bulb that needs changing. reach in and turn to bulb clockwise 1/4 turn and it will slip out. Unhook the connector from the bulb. It has a little catch on it, otherwise it just pulls out. Connect the new bulb. Reassemble everything in reverse order. As I said, the under fender clip that holds the headlight assembly on to the bracket may take some patience. It seemed to slip down OK once I had it in exactly the right position. Either that I needed to reach the required amount of cussing. Good Luck.
