This is very difficult to do!
I would not recommend it for a novice or diyer.

The rear doors are a pain to open if they deadlock (Mondeo 93 on inc facelift) I found that by releasing the screws that I could get to (about 2) and removing the inner handle and pull and the screw buried in the lower part of the door card with the window in the lowered position using a screwdriver to lever the door trim up and over the lip at the top I could just get my hand inside to put back the lever beside the inner door lock actuator fiddly but I sorted it i disconnected the c/l wires and the door opened manually damage to the trim was minimal and the problem could then be sorted in the normal way
For a 6000cd unit with central volume control You need 4x horizontal removal keys (widely available on the web) type ford removal tool in to any search engine. Each key inserts a certain way and releases the locking mechanism. Pull on the ring part of each key to pull the unit out. Don't try to use the old coat hanger trick or a screwdriver as you are most likely to damage the unit.
Go to Moneysavingexpert.com and look for car radio unlocking in the forums. There are loads of really helpful people on there with access to the databases, just give the model number & serial number and someone'll help you out.
I have encountered this problem in a standard 2.0 Mondeo. Basically, I have found that when the seat back is folded forward, with the mechanism in a horizontal plane (as opposed to a vertical plane), the release mechanism will not operate. This is extremely annoying as you you cannot then lift the seat back into the upright position as the jammed mechanism won't allow it. The answer is to pull the seat squab forward to access the seatbelt mounting bolt. Undo the mounting (you really need an appropriate sized torx spanner for this, but I found an Allen key worked OK). You can then raise the seatback and this releases the mechanism, and you can then reconnect the mounting. What you need to do now is to put a stop in the seatbelt (I've used a safety pin temporarily) to make sure the seatbelt does not reel in when you next lower the seat back. Hope this helps!
Behind the glove box.should be marked.
see mad `moles mondeo madness`.i used the second set of suggestions,THEY WORKED!

Dead battery in FOB?
turn key to position 2 about 5 times you will here central locking click when it clicks press your remote any button that's it re-programed
there is a catch just under the lock just under the back lock
pull the fuse out for central locking wait 2 minutes then put back in (fuse box under glove compartment ) hand book will say which fuse then reprogamme remote
It usually does this due to the lock being broken
Turn ignition on and off quickly 4 times, remove key from ignition, you will then hear tone, point ignition key towards interior light and operate the central locking. This will reset it.
one of your doors or bonnet not shut we had the same problem but they will only flash on double locking
probably duff locks, mondy locks are know for it, ive had to replace 2, infact im doin one now, 2nd hand spares can be picked up for about £10-15 and they take about 45mins to fit - quite easy
