The coolant temperature senor is located directly under the thermostat, follow the upper radiator hose to the thermostat housing then look under that you will see the connector for the coolant temp sensor. To replace it first disconnect the negative side of your battery then disconnect the ECT sensor connector. Drain the coolant to a level below the thermostat. The radiator drain cock is located on the driver side you will have to take out at least 3 screws on the air deflector under the car (that plastic piece you hit when you drive to far into a parking space) Use a 11mm socket. Pry the air deflector away then follow the drain hole up and you will find the drain cock. Once you drain the coolant if it is clean reuse it. Now you can remove the ECT sensor using a 21mm deep socket with a ratchet, you have very little space to move it so it will come out slowly. Replace with the new one putting a small amount of thread sealer on the threads then install. Plug-in the connector, fill the radiator back up with coolant. Reconnect your battery. start the car let it run for a bit for coolant to flow the system and engine light and code P0128 will clear for that problem.
