I changed the wiper motor in my 95 JGC. remove the vent near the windshield on the exterior of the jeep... you will have to open the hood. remove weather stripping and about 5 screws to remove the plastic vent, and the wipers. the wiper motor is located on the drivers side near the windshield below the vent. a couple bolts to take out, pull the wiper motor out of the rotating arms, unplug, and replace.
