How do you change time on a iBook G4?

Your iBook will, by default, automatically synchronize the time with a time server on the internet. To disable this and set the time manually:

Open the system preferences by going to Apple menu (top left) -> System Preferences
Click "Date & Time"
On the "Date & Time" tab, you can change the time if you uncheck the box for "Set date & time automatically". If your time is off because the iBook is set to the wrong timezone, go to the "Time Zone" tab and change the time zone.
